Are all Loong Sails products always in stock?

We strive to keep our stock levels updated on the website. If a product is running low, you’ll be notified at checkout. Note that items in your basket are not reserved and stock may change before purchase completion.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Once placed, orders cannot be modified. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund so you can place a new order. If the order has shipped, you can return it upon receipt.

Can I cancel my order?

Online cancellations aren’t supported. To cancel before shipping, contact us at mike@loongsails.com. After receiving your order, you can initiate a free return for a refund.

What are the return costs?

  • Apparel: Free returns.
  • Sailing products: Return costs are your responsibility.
  • Custom orders: Return fees and restocking charges may apply.

Please refer to the return instructions included in your order.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, except for items purchased in USD, which exclude VAT.

Can I order under my company name?

Currently, we don’t support company orders. For B2B inquiries over £200, contact us at mike@loongsails.com.

Are import duties included?

No, import duties aren’t included. You’ll be informed of any duties by the shipping carrier.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, PayPal (4% fee applies), and major credit cards. More options can be found on our payment page.

When is my payment processed?

Payments are processed immediately after placing the order. Depending on the method, transactions will appear on your statement within 2-3 working days.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days after we receive the returned items, via the original payment method.

Can I pay in my own currency?

We support multiple currencies, including Euros, British Pounds, and US Dollars.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Shipping Information

Can I track my order?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. If the delivery time doesn’t suit, or if the shipment isn’t delivered as indicated, please contact us at mike@loongsails.com.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday through Thursday ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will ship on the next working day.

When can I expect my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 weeks. Expedited shipping options are available for quicker delivery. Check our shipping page for more details.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your delivery location and the total basket value. Final costs will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Returns are free within 30 days, provided items are in their original condition. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact mike@loongsails.com for assistance.

Can I change my order online?

Do I get a confirmation when you receive my return?
