Our design team combines decades of experience with state-of-the-art tools like Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA), ensuring that each sail not only performs in the real world but also meets the highest aesthetic and aerodynamic standards.

3D Builder

We start with an accurate 3D model of your boat, integrating precise sail dimensions, mast height, and rig geometry. This virtual foundation allows our design team to craft solutions that are perfectly matched to the unique characteristics of your vessel.

SHAPE OPTIMIZATION

With advanced design software, we create and adjust the sail shape in a virtual environment before applying wind pressure or loads. This allows us to optimize the sail’s aerodynamics, resulting in faster speeds and better handling on the water.

MATERIAL ENGINEERING

Using FEA, we engineer the material composition of our sails down to the last filament, ensuring a balance between lightweight efficiency and structural integrity. This ensures that our sails are both durable and high-performing.
